Yuko Ando - Shock

We had an opening for Attack on Titan, we need to have an ending theme now! Kidding aside, there are so many amazing opening and ending themes to all kinds of anime (I could have an entire separate blog about those alone!), but this one really stands out to me. 

Shock is pure poetry, and even without being able to understand Japanese, the emotions still come across so purely. It’s a gentle and ethereal song, and even has a touch of melancholy, yet still has an underlying feeling of hope and peace. It’s a song I can listen to on repeat, and just feel at ease. 

I don’t even have much else to say about Shock. I truly think it speaks for itself, and that you’ll understand once you hear as well.
